A popular follow-up to a Red Sheet training course is our negotiation coaching. This bespoke and targeted service enables our expert trainers to work closely with your team immediately before a critical negotiation. We will reinforce what you have learned during one of our Red Sheet training courses, and we will prepare you for the particular demands of your imminent negotiation event, helping to secure the best possible outcomes.

Negotiation training is not a ‘once only’ event and we offer a range of follow-on training options, including an advanced+ course. Each option is customized for your needs and we further build upon how to use the Red Sheet effectively and we conduct advanced, small group negotiation role plays to develop a highly advanced negotiation capability across your organization.

In addition, we periodically offer our training in the form of public courses, delivered both online and in the classroom. These training sessions are delivered at pre-arranged dates and locations, follow a set format, and are open to any individuals to attend.
